Are my details safe if I buy on-line?

Yes. ExtravaGift employ very strict privacy and security rules. No customer details are shared with any third parties.

How do I buy on-line?

It's Easy. Choose the gift you want, personalise your present, pay using our secure payment server. ExtravaGift will do the rest!

I would like to buy a gift, but I'm not sure which activity to choose?

Why not purchase some ExtravaGift Dollars. These dollars are redeemable against all our gifts. They can be personalised and packaged as you choose.
NB. All ExtravaGift Dollars have a one-year validity period.

How good is the service?

ExtravaGift thoroughly vet all our experience providers. All our affiliates maintain high professional standards and the strictest safety rules.

Can I personalise the voucher with a message

Yes. In fact we think it's a great idea to personalise each voucher. When purchasing any ExtravaGift voucher you will need to add certain recipient details, like name, address..etc There is also the opportunity to add personal messages.

Delivery Options

There are various forms of delivery. You can choose to have a gift posted to the recipient, or if preferred, an email can be sent to the recipient.

What will I receive?

Having purchased an ExtravaGift you will receive confirmation by either post or email (depending on your preference)

Can I specify when the gift is delivered?

Yes, you are able to specify on which day the gift is posted. This means you can buy your gift up to 2 months in advance, taking the stress out of last minute rushed purchases.

Do I need to book a specific date for the activity to take place?

Yes. All bookings are subject to availability. All vouchers are redeemable up to one year after purchase. Vouchers can be renewed after this time by contacting our customer support team.

What about Insurance?

Insurance varies from gift to gift. ExtravaGift advise you to purchase personal insurance before initiating an activity. Some affiliates provide insurance also.

I have an experience voucher, how do I book?

This is a simple process. Simply call our customer support line with your voucher to hand. Our customer support staff will talk you through the process and find a suitable date for you to complete your experience. If easier you can email our customer services department, bookings@extravagift.com, with your available dates. Please note that booking confirmations are subject to our affiliates availability. Our affiliates retain the right to cancel or reschedule any bookings made.

I have lost my voucher, can I get a replacement?

Yes, as long as you keep your receipt and the gift has not been used by anyone else!

How can I exchange my gift / get a refund?

Refunds and exchanges are are available through our customer services department.
